We started something at the end of 2019 where we just wanted to share our real experiences as moms, who were trying to get fit in a Crossfit gym. 

What it turned into was sharing our stories, growth, change, and a realness of being vulnerable about all of that on social media. 

What we want for you is to feel happy in your own bodies, no matter what that looks like. With experience in both personal training and nutrition coaching, we can do just that. We don’t want to change you, we just want to help you feel better about yourself and about your health.

Meet Niesha
I’m a mom of two crazy boys that have taught me a lot about my body and what it’s capable of. I’ve learned that being strong is an amazing feeling and that gaining some weight can be a positive thing rather than a negative. I know what it's like to feel defeated with no motivation to exercise, and I also know how to find that determination and discipline to get back on track. My goal is to get you motivated and to STAY motivated to be your healthiest self. Let me help you be unstoppable!
Meet Joanna
I am a mama of four who has been on a personal health journey since first becoming a mom in 2012. Crossfit and strength training really stole my heart from a fitness perspective, and in turn, my relationship with food (which was once extremely negative) became one of my favorite things about fitness. I can't wait to help you get on your personal nutrition plan, and be there with you every step of the way!
