Niesha handles our personal training. She is a certified personal trainer and a USAW L1 coach. She is a mom to two boys, and fitness in some capacity has been a part of her life since she was a teenager.
Not only will she give you a personalized program catered to your body and goals, but will also be there every step of the way to hold you accountable and make sure you’re having fun.
